The Chapel, Kilfinan

The Chapel was a “Wee Free Kirk”, built in the 1860s. It was used for worship for about 60 years before being turned into a dwelling in 1920s. When the owners bought it in 2000 it was too dangerous to enter but now it is a wonderful airy and open plan holiday home.

Downstairs there is a kitchen and living area. The kitchen has all the normal kitchen stuff including a freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and bread machine.

The living area has a log burning stove, Freeview TV, DVD player, plenty of DVDs, a chest of games and over 1000 books so something for everyone on those windy and wet days.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms, a shower room and separate wash and toilet. The front bedroom has a 5’ double, chest of drawers and wardrobe and the back bedroom has three 3’ single beds, chest of drawers and wardrobe.
